However, due to the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) revising the All India Quota counselling schedule on August 5, 2025, the MP state‑level Round 1 result has been postponed. A revised notification and timetable are awaited on the DME site
Steps to Check the Allotment (when published)
Visit dme.mponline.gov.in.
Click the “Round 1 seat allotment result” link on the homepage
Enter login credentials (NEET‑UG 2025 roll number and password).
Submit to view the allotment outcome.
Download and print the allotment order for future reference

Reporting at allotted colleges (for document verification and admission): August 7 – August 16, 2025
Online resignation/cancellation & option for upgradation: August 7 – August 16, 2025 (must be exercised during admission or via login by August 16)

As soon as the Round 1 result is uploaded, follow the steps above to check and download your allotment.
Plan to report at the allotted institute whenever the new dates are announced, and complete admission formalities between the window above.
If you wish to upgrade your allotted seat in Round 2, ensure you select that option online or at the college within the specified window.
